It also helps if you are feeling a cold coming on. Be sure to brush downward on the back of your neck. And remember that wind and heat can be just as damaging as cold winter air. Please wear gloves, hat during cold months and most importantly, a scarf every time you go out in the wind-cold! And remember to protect your neck from sun and wind, even in the summer months! Too much sun can damage your skin! Wind can make you feel sick, even if it is warm!
