Fine Wines are fabulous for sharing AND to simply enjoy yourself. I don’t know about you, but I work very hard. At the end of a long day, I want to come home, kick off my shoes and scrubs,
and get into something comfortable. Lately, I have been treating myself to a hot bath and a glass of fine wine! For me there is nothing as luxurious and relaxing as this. I have been a nurse for over thirty years and am now an acupuncturist. I love people and I love what I do. It is important however that I practice what I preach. We all need balance in our lives. Work hard, play hard and take care of ourselves! I do this by tending my own soul. Recently I discovered the most amazing artisan soaps and bath products. When I tend myself, I get revived and feel better. Then I am ready for my next day of taking care
